EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

For all Return and Exchange requests, please write to us at support@dextyle.in.

  • All exchanges and returns are accepted only if the customer informs us of any issue within 7 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).
  • If you receive the wrong product or have a size issue, you can raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will exchange the product with another size or the correct product of the same value at no extra cost, and we can arrange the reverse pickup.
  • If the exchange product is of higher value, the difference must be paid online before processing.
  • Products must have the original label attached, be properly folded, and adequately packed to avoid damage in transit. Without this, exchanges will not be processed.
  • Refunds are only applicable in genuine cases of defective or damaged product delivery. In such cases, please email us with your Order ID, issue details, and product photographs.
  • In exceptional cases (where the correct product is delivered and no defect exists), if a return is accepted, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund to cover reverse pickup costs.
  • Refunds will be processed to the same bank account/card used during purchase or as per details provided by the customer.
  • Slight variations in product colour/design from website or social media images are not considered valid grounds for refund/exchange.
  • Returns/refunds will not be accepted if the product damage is due to customer negligence. Please do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.
  • Exchange/Return requests are valid only once per order.
  • Used/washed products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products bought during sales, discounts, or promotions are not eligible for refunds.
  • Free exchanges are available for size issues, but refunds will not be issued for size-related reasons.
