Delivery Issues
If tracking shows the order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with family members, neighbours, or your building/office mail room first.
In genuine cases, we will raise an investigation with the courier, which may take up to 10 working days. A refund will only be issued after verification.
If you receive a delivery notification but haven’t received the package, you must inform us within 48 hours. After this window, we may not be able to take action.
